My weight loss journey
If youβve been following me for awhile and have been reading my posts, you will recall my goal of wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Iβve been on a path to a healthier lifestyle for over a year, making small changes to my diet and overall daily routine when it comes to eating and exercising.
In addition to eating healthier, exercising and practicing yoga everyday, I have embarked on a weight loss goal to lose ten to fifteen pounds. My goal is to lose weight, find some new healthy eating tips, and build muscle and strength along the way.
I have found that traditional weight loss programs and tips do not necessarily always work for my lifestyle; so a program that is out of the norm is more up my alley. I noticed that once I turned forty, my body changed a bit, and losing weight in ways I had before were not working any longer. Sounds intriguing. Personally, Iβm not a late-night eater. However, I do believe that eating healthy fats is good. I did a carb detox this year and eliminating sugar from our diets is a game-changer for health. I hope you learn some new things and enjoy the process.
