Start your blog off on the right path; make sure your site is  self-hosted

There are many different blogging platforms to start your blog on. I personally recommend going with the self-hosted WordPress, which is WordPress.org. I’ll dive into the importance of self-hosting and hosting below.  If you are wanting to make money with your blog, is that a self-hosted blog is the only way to go. Choose an Email service provider

You will need an email marketing provider for your blog. If you plan to monetize your blog, an email list is needed in order for your blog to be successful.
