The Kids Gratitude Journal helps kids 3 to 9 positively express themselves using drawings and writing. Through this simple journal, kids will develop a gratitude practice that also encompasses mindfulness into their daily life using their minds, body and senses. Younger children may need help with writing words/actions. Give your child their own dedicated space to jot down thoughts, feelings and emotions. Each day there is a gratitude & how you’re feeling prompt, along with a mindful moments prompt. Enough for an entire month!
